No delivery

Wish i had read reviews before making a purchase,i always order online cz its convenient ,i did my first order with nike and was my last thought since they are well known i wouldnt have bad experience ,i ordered 30.11.2024 today 30.12.2024 and i have no received my order and im told it has been escalated and i know there is no such im disappointed
