Nike.com's incompetency at its apogee!

I bought sneakers on the 1st of March on the Nike.com (South Africa) website and was told that my order would be delivered anytime from the 6th to the 14th of March. Today, the 14th, I receive an email therein that my order has been delivered, but it was delivered at the Vaal Triangle. How can they delivered the sneakers at the Vaal Triangle when I have clearly stated that I'm based in Potchefstroom and even provided them with my street name and number, the name of the student res I'm at? Now I'm being told that I'll have to wait 5-7 days unti they can actually help me. Meaning I would have waited for more than 4 weeks until I received my sneakers. Not only am I disappointed, but I'm also utterly disgusted.
