Nike.com website is a big ****

Paid extra for fast delivery (even though it said it was the south African site and delivery over R1000 was free) Delivery was promised to be within 3-5 working days. Received no updates after payment. Phoned their contact number and was told by a bot that the order delivery must be obtained from blah blah. Online chat to "real person" established item was "stuck" and unable to be delivered. Refund promised... Nothing has happened.
