Nike.com is the worst!

This is the Worst Service I have Ever received from an online store I purchased items to the value of R2600+. It was supposed to be delivered today 12/12/22 only to find out the sneakers are out of stock and they processed a refund which will take 10 days to reflect!!!!! Are these ppl crazy this was my sons shoes for Xmas what am i to do ? This is the worst store and i am going straight to the media with Going to the media with is one
