Nike.com is as good as a ****

placed and order on their platform , the funds were successfully transferred from my account , my bank and the receiving bank Nedbank which nike.com uses can verify this. Nike says the order was rejected yet my money was never refunded to me. Even after visiting the bank twice and verifying that the transaction happened and relaying this to the online chat team , they still say they cant trace my money, yet their bank can. I was offered no help just the same automated response. To be ****med by an international store is truly amazing , I am left gobsmacked by the service received from such a big brand.
