Nike.com is a ****

I’ve made a large purchase via the Nike online platform, Nike.com 19 March 2025 and out of the 25 items order only one item was delivered and the rest to date have not been delivered and after numerous phone calls to Nike.com I was unsuccessful in getting the items and as is currently struggling to get my refund processed. I’ve called the agents on the 21 of April, 24th, 25th and last call made was on the 8th of May and as is they still have not committed to processing my refund. I need help.
