Nike.com=*******

Zero Stars...i would advice people to NEVER purchase from Nike.com again they are terrible.I bought multiple items including a 2pack tracksuit.I did not receive the jacket however they making it seem as if i did.They have no way of prooving that they sent the items.Up until today i haven't received my item.They claim to have investigated the issue and claim that the item was received so in other words i paid for something i have not received.Their customer service and webchat agents are not helpful at all.I spoke to them on multiple occasions to no help at all with the same feedback the last chat i had the agent even left the chat while i was asking how i can escalate my case further.I have been ****** and would never recommend nike.com to anyone
