Nike.com are *****s

Nike.com are a bunch of ****mers!!! I bought a pair of sneakers online at Nike.com and I was not satisfied with the quality, as it did not look authentic. I returned the shoes, I received my email that the return was received and my refund is submitted. It will take an additional 10 days for the funds to reflect. It's been almost 2 months and I still haven't received my refund. I've called countless times, i was told I need to go to my bank as on their side the refund was made. Absolutely ridiculous to run after your money, disappointed and appalled by their return policy. Nike.com are *****s!
