Nike SA Disgusting service

I ordered my sneakers a month ago and today I decided to contact Nike SA to check my delivery ETA. To my surprise the sneakers I bought Nike SA does not even have stock and no attempt was made to investigate, only a lady who said I will be refunded my money within 10 working days. 10 working days means I will be receiving my money sometime in January due to all the holidays in between which is absolutely unexpecteble.

For such a big enterprise I am really disappointed and upset with the service Nike SA is giving us in South Africa.
