Nike is *******

So I purchased an item from Nike the size was to big I then returned it I was then sent an email the funds will reflect within 10 working days from when the refund was processed I'm disgusted I yet haven't received my refund I was advised to check with my bank I did that they advised they can see nothing I contact Nike apparently they have processed my refund so why isn't it showing I request for proof for the refund I am advised that I should wait 5-7 working days you guys are *******
