Nike cancelling orders

Really disappointed in Nike.

Ordered a pair of Nike air force 1 and a cap on the 29th of November 2025. I provided all the necessary information -including my ID number- but my order was cancelled due to ID collection which I provided. Was given a promo code to reorder, now I’m being told the promo doesn’t work on sneakers. I read the Ts and Cs before I ordered , that specific T and C was not included it magically appeared now that I want to place an order.

Nike is a sham.
