Missing Air Jordan 1 mid size 6

My colleague at work, place an order on Nike.com online for 5 of us...4 pairs arrived, but my pair did not arrived...she contact them everyday to inform, all they say is wait 3 to 5 days but nothing happened. The courier email us the dimension of the box and only 4 pairs would fit in there, with the weight also...they investigate since 4 December and still no feedback. I want my money back, they are unprofessional. They insist 5 pairs was in box, which i say, proof how can 5 pairs of sneakers can go into that box. Order nr G***
