****med Out of My Refund — Nike.com Fails to Deliver on Promises!

I ordered a pair of sneakers from Nike.com in September 2025 and was ****med out of my refund. I have been communicating with their chatbot and online agents repeatedly, but to no avail.

The last message I received stated: “Thanks for confirming. I have checked and I see that your refund amounting to .......is now being processed on your card ending in ...... within up to 10 business days. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a refund confirmation within 24 hours.”

To date, I have not received any refund. Judging by the numerous complaints on this platform, this seems to be a recurring issue with Nike.com — no accountability and no refunds!
