Lack of empathy

Wow just wow, I do not know if I am only dealing with Robots but who ever the customer service people are don't know emphathy. I placed an order last month and got the wrong size. I decided okay just keep the shoes and place another order... After making sure the size was placed correctly ding ding ding again wrong. Mind you they will not cancel not change it. After promising that they will ensure the order will be correct. Guys do not buy this time of the year because you won't even get a full refund.
