I ordered a sneaker on 27/11/2025 and have still not received it. When I check my profile there’s absolutely nothing under the ‘orders’ section. My tracking says an attempted delivery was made on 12/12/2025 1:36pm however my entire family was home and nothing was attempted because I received no call or text or email regarding an update or anything to say my product was out for delivery. The last email I received in fact was more than a week ago saying there’s yet another ‘unexpected’ delay.
