*********** Nike (online) and Aramex service

I bought 4 pairs of sneakers on Nike.com on 6 JAN 2021; on 21 Jan 2021 3 pairs got delivered. When tracking the item online, the latest update is on 12 Jan 2021 (Customs Released) - that’s it. I called Aramax (courier) to find out on the status - eventually someone called after I launched an online complaint saying they can’t locate my package but will replace it. This was in the middle of February. It’s March 2021 and still no sneakers.
