Firstly, they sent me a sneaker that was poorly manufactured. They ripped apart and of poor quality for my hard earned money. As if that wasn't enough. They promised to refund me my money. Almost 3 months later... I find myself being shifted from pillar to post to get my money back. I'm not sure if this is because I'm an ordinary civilian and taking advantage of me is that much easier or is it because Nike, its staff, and brand just do not care about ordinary customers. I have asked every consultant I've spoken to for an email address to their complaints department and nothing. Their service has been sickening to the stomach and I have to waste my resources every single day to seek resolve to my matter.
