HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM NIKE.COM!

I’ve ordered 3 pairs of shoes from Nike.com in the Netherlands 3-4 weeks ago. A few days passed and there was still no update on the order. I gave them a call, they told me my order was placed on the system but the warehouse didn’t receive it! The lady said she’ll request an order cancellation and I shall receive my refund within 3-4 working days. I’ve been waiting for my Refund ever since! Oh and you have to call them more than 5 times because often times it says “They’re currently closed” but it eventually goes through! What a horrible service!!
