Delayed order

Made an order for 2 Nike sneakers on " Nike official" website a month ago, Payment was processed but I still haven't received my order. I've calling them for the past 2 weeks and am receiving the same response , am told to wait for 3-5 days for them to investigate.... but the still don't get back to me it's me who has to call them.

And now they making it difficult to cancel the order
