You want to settle loans, they make it impossible

I'm feeling very frustrated, yesterday i wanted to load a debit order to take early settlement but it wouldn't allow me too. I then spoke to a consultant who said rather us EFT. I then proceeded to try and do an EFT but as GETBUCKS is now on the predefined list it wouldn't allow me to enter my ID and REF number as per Getbucks request. So again i tried to load the debit orders to no avail i phone in and get told my debit orders have been loaded for the 25/10 already and they cant cancel it ???? If i pay now they will also run a debit order and then i need to ask for a refund ? I'm not prepared to wait for a refund but now i lose R400 early settlement as i cant pay now and let debit order run. Getbucks also have a cxx debit order request button but this doesn't work either ? Does anything work on your website and why must i lose out on R400 due to your inefficiency's.
