I am fed up with getbucks I paid off my loan in January 2017 it now over a year but it still appears on my credit bearue that I owe the account. This is 5th Hello Peter complaint you keep promising that it will be removed. I spoke with the most useless and *********** guy my the name of silverster he promised me it's been removed. I app**** for home loan they told me that I owe get bucks and account is in arrears what kind of humans are you? I tried to remove it myself with credit bearue they asked me for paid off letter wich I asked the same useless guy to provide me with letter but he said don't worry it's removed I called credit bearue but it's not removed. Nxa I am ****ed off I regret the day I took loan with you. Now a mere R800 Will be on credit bearue for the rest of my life. So out your **** now and give me paid off letter
