Wrong information and random account deductions

<p>In October Getbucks offered to consolidate two loans with them. I agreed only to find out that only one loan was consolidated not two. Today the same loan they didn't consolidated was deducted from my bank account on the wrong date. Agreement was for the 24th and last fryday Getbucks sent SMS to remind of the 24th Nov for the stop orders. Instead they drew my money on the 23rd!!!! It's wrong and disgusting, it a breach of the agreement for the 24th been the date of the stop order. I called for hours and sent emails, I was put on hold for 5/6 times and no email was rep****. After wasting my money on phone calls and hours, no one tried calling me back. I got hold of a manager who tries to explain why happened, what ever happened is wrong!!!! Wrong and very low service quality not to mention the story of the loans consolidation which was a lie.</p>
