Wrong Information

To whom it may concern<br> My account is reflecting that I have outstanding payments in the portfolio section of my account yet I have not missed a debit order and all accounts are in order with the last debit order going off last week I even receive a sms confirming collection. I received a sms stating that my account had been sent to collections for payment arrangements on my account which I do not have??<br> <br> I have taken out a loan of R4550 in November 2014 and have a loan contract to proof that I should pay R1541 pm for 4 months which should be lapsing in March 2015. I would appreciated if anyone from Getbucks can contact me and explain to me what is happening or sort out this matter.<br>
