Wrong debt date & phone calls after payment

I was sent a sms that my account will be deducted every month on the 18th. I called and emailed requesting that the debt order be done for the 25th of each month as that's when I get paid. <br> Still it stayed for the 18th. Now in October after I did an EFT on the 26th of October 2015 to Get Bucks for my last installment, after speaking to Constance and Tinyiko at the Collections department and sending my proof of payment. I get a call today from Collections regarding my unpaid installment. <br> What the hell is going on ? I am trying to not be a bad payer yet I get this... I am trying to reapply for a loan as the service was good but now I get harassed after paying my account and being told it would take 24 hours to clear on the system. I was informed of the 24 hour clearance/reflection on the 26th of October 2015.
