Wrong debit order date leaves me stranded

<p>I took out a loan from Getbucks.</p> <p> </p> <p>After receiving a notification that the debit order date was loaded incorrectly, I spoke to an agent who promised me that this was corrected.</p> <p> </p> <p>The debit order still went off on the wrong date, the 17th of Dec , but as per original contractual agreement which I have on e-mail, it was supposed to be 31 Jan 2017. You guys left me with 40c in my account, I am unable to buy airtime to phone you or put petrol in my car to get to work.</p> <p> </p> <p>How can you inconvenience your customers like that ?? Ridiculous , I will never make use of your service again.</p>
