WRONG DEBIT ORDER DATE

I currently have a loan with get bucks and my debit order date salary date is on the 25th of every month ( includes weekends ) however get bucks decided to go into my account on the 24715 and 23915 , on those dates obviously my salary is not in my account and that resulted in an UNPAID DEBIT ORDER , BAD CREDIT PROFILE AND BANK CHARGES of an amount R 600 .
