Worst service ever you can get just headache

I spoke more than once to them to update my credit report without any luck. They just don't care say it takes 21 days for an update but after the 21 days nothing is updated. They also got on my one account on the credit bureau i am behind but was never behind on my account they got a debit order running. They just don't know how a negative listing effect had on your credit reports. This is for all the credit bureaus Transunion, XDS, Compuscan and Experian. I am fed up with all their promises and then they want to call you for a new loan or to take out a policy with them. Their staff is not capable of doing their work should hire new staff which can do the work and not just chasing after people to take out loans so they can get more money. They should closed their doors because this is going on for more than four months now and you hear the same story over and over.
