Worst service ever

My account has been paid for more than 2 year and last year I received a call saying that I still owe them. I sent through my paid up letter more than once, but never received any feedback. I haven't heard anything from them for a year and this month they decided to debit my account without any authorisation. I sent these douments once again. I need to get this thing off my name.
