Worst service ever

We are haveing a very bad experience with Getbucks we took out a loan last year and paid late 3 days they handed us over to nudept we then paid immediately and after months got a paid up letter and send to getbucks but every month the are deducting money from my account they don't reply to my emails or ignore my request to speak to a manager they also never refunded me every time i have to do a reversal at the bank that is also extra fees please help me.
