Worst service ever

I have been waiting for someone to contact me for 5 days now.

Online support: On Tuesday I queried about my application and was told someone will contact me.

Wednesday I queried again and was told someone will contact me or latest the next morning.

Thursday when I queried again I was told someone will contact me that day.

This morning I queried once again and was told again someone will contact me today.

I queried again now because no contact was made as yet and was told that they cant give me a time frame.

This is the worst service ever.
