Worst Service EVER!

I originally took out a short term loan with Get Bucks. there were numerous requests made with Get Bucks to the repayments to which their consultants failed to lodge. I then received a call from Collen stipulating that my account was due to be handed over. Payments were made via EFT as agreed. I then got another call from Collen stipulating that there was still R800 outstanding after payment was made of a certain and agreed upon amount. I was blamed and told that it was my fault that the incorrect reference numbers had been used. After going back on my emails I found that Collen was the one that had provided me with the correct reference number and that the correct allocations had not been done. Even after payments had been made, Get Bucks is still claiming outstanding monies and Collen is failing to communicate with me or respond. I am still waiting for a response on the email send 13th March 2015. the pure professionalism of the staff I have dealt with had been embarrassing to say the least. They are quick to claim outstanding monies yet when monies are paid no correspondence is provided too say errors fro Get Bucks' side has been corrected.
