Worst service ever.

Since my last complaint on getbucks I got a quick response promising to have the problem solved. It's now a week later still waiting for payout of the loan. On the website it's promised to happen within 30 minutes of approval. Getbucks was introduced to us by our employer I wonder if they know the standards of service getbucks provides. I have NEVER experienced such bad service in my life. I hope I never need their services again. 1 consultant handling our companies claims, she never responds to any form of communication!!
