Worst customer treatment ever.

My loan was approved at around 10:07 on 01/02/2019 . I'm still waiting for payment 7 days later. Does Getbucks understand that we take out these loans because of emergencies ? Trying to get answers via their online or telephonic support is just an exercise in futility. They could at least communicate the reason for the delay.
