Worst Customer Service!!!

<p>Good Morning,</p> <p> </p> <p>According to Getbucks, they trive on good customer service. So much so, that they have a "live chat option" online, whereby you can speak to an agent straight away online to assist with any queries.<br /><br />Please hope and pray that you do not get an agent by the name of Mologadi. My chat was open for 53 minutes with only one response - telling me that he/she is investigating my query. I kept on asking for response after 10 min intervals, but received none. I rated the chat as "BAD" and still did not receive a response.<br /><br />Hopefully someone cares enough about this post and the lack of service to do something about it.</p>
