Worst Company ever!!

I am reposting my previous complaint seeing as that's the only way getbucks responds.<br> <br> I have had the misfortune of dealing with this company for the last 6 to 12 months where they have repeatedly failed to do their admin jobs properly. I paid my account off in full more than 6 months ago, but their staff seem to lack the ability to update the system with my payments. So I have been harassed about my payments not being made to the extent that I have been handed over to lawyers even though I have sent them my proof of payments and begged them to update their systems. All I receive is threatening letters and empty promises.<br> <br> They use a collections company called SANCEDA that is amazing at ignoring you and never getting back to you as promised. I have all the correspondence and all the proof of payments that I sent to them where they promised me they would follow up with Getbucks but also nothing happened.<br> <br> Now I have to deal with letters of demand from lawyers even though I have kept my side clean. My credit record will be badly effected by this and just because this company is unable to do what they are supposed to do.<br> <br> I will make sure everybody hears of this!
