Wonderful turn around from bad attitude!

I would like to take the time to compliment Koketso on a job well done!In the industry we work,we either find nasty clients and ******** consultants and then we have the exception which is Koketso!I called several agents to assist me with a simple settlement and was transferred from pillar to post.I kept calling as i wanted to set my account right but no help and when i got through to a consultant eventually,i could clearly hear how the lady said just transfer her and the one who took the call referred to me as this one.I was furious but to my surprise i got the lovely Koketso who not only assisted me,but took ownership for the query!She never once pushed blame.She got me my settlement and immediately rescued Get-bucks image!I later received a message that i would be debited and sent her an email.She promptly sorted this out for me no questions asked.Get bucks you have a real diamond in Koketso.She truly represents good customer service!A very happy clients :)
