Why on earth are you not updating my credit bureau

<p>Why are you guys not updating my credit report, I settled my account in January already, its been over a month and its still sitting as not updated for both Jan and Feb.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please do update my account as this is affecting my score.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
