WHY DO YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER WHEN NOBODY ANSWERS!!!!!

<p>I have tried calling several times to the "customer service department". Puts me in the queue for about 5 min and then gets disconnected. Seriously!!!</p>
