WHY CANT I DELETE MY ACCOUNT????????? AND WHY ARE YOU DOING A CREDIT CHECK MONTHLY????????

<p> I have paid up all my loans and want to delete my account but you guys say that it cant be deleted only suspended! Like ***!!</p> <p>Further you have beeen doing monthly enquiries on my credit record which is negtively effecting my credit score and smses stating my laon application has been denied, when i havnt app**** for a loan with you since last year thats 7 months ago!!! these checks were without my consent and should you refuse to remove them i will have to lay a complaint with the credit bureau!! what you guys have told me is that its an IT problem, but this IT problem is having a massive impact on me which is completely unfair!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>all i want is for you to fix this immediately</p>
