WHAT SERVICE??????WHAT A JOKE

So i have app**** for a loan, this was Friday, 14 February 2020. I go into my profile, they are still verifying my bank statements and my employment. ITS WEDNESDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! where does this false advertising come from that they will pay out 5 hours later please tell me this??????????sick to death of this.Plus i know what the story will be, you havent given in your statements, yes i did because you are verifying them and i emailed them and trust me, my identity number has not changed since the last time app****, I'm just saying, so please all the excuses must stop, own up that the service is no longer there.
