What kind of service is this!!!

I contacted getbucks today & filled up my details on their site. I couldn't fill in my salary as their system kept changing the amounts. They have a chart system where an advisor can help you. I firstly spoke to mbali, as soon as she got my ID number she disconnected the chart, same thing happened to Mmakabelo, she just disconnected the chart after I confirmed my banking details!! Is this the behaviour the client should get? Are these guys even legit? Must I now panic for giving them my personal details? 5 his is the 1st time I deal with bucks, but their service is worse than the government service!!!
