Was put in errors incorrectly
Can I please get an answer on why my account was put in errors on the credit Bureau when smart advance was debiting my account monthly. I noticed my current statement still have errors and when I spoke to the accounts lady few weeks back she advised that my credit report will be fixed as its currently showing that I am 2 months in errors. This bad report will stay for 3 years on my name and I am really not happy with smart advance. Can you please fix your error urgently as i would like to apply for a house and it looks bad I also cannot apply for any credit because of this 2 months error
