Was once a great service

This is ridiculous, After 4 Months, their "technical issue" has still not been resolved. I use getbucks for genuine emergencies, and as I have read all the other customer complaints, it seems everybody is having the same issue. Their customer consultants constantly respond with scripted replies, I am now also going to be charged interest on a loan that was approved days ago, for which I have not received the funds for yet.

I have sent an email through to their complaints department, I will not just wait and see what happens, as tomorrow is a holiday, and funds will probably only be paid out next week (If we lucky).
