Waiting since Tuesday.. jusy for APPROVAL

I have used Getbucks many times and have waited long for a response but not FOUR DAYS just for APPROVAL.... I app**** on Tuesday and obviously expecting the slow service, i didn't expect anything to happen the same day (even though they say it will) i am still waiting just for APPROVAL!!!!!!!!!!!! i called on Wednesday and was promised someone would call me before close of business that day... SHOCKER i haven't heard from anyone.... i have also spoken on the chat but nothing and every time i call i am caller 20 and have to waste so much airtime just to hear that someone will contact me and still NO RESPONSE.......CAN SOMEONE JUST HELP
