WAITING FOR ME REFUND FOR 2 WEEKS!!!

Getbucks debited my account 2 days early in September,not only have they damaged my credit record, I've been billed almost R1000 on bank fees for bounced debit orders!! I have sent through all requested documents for my refund but have still not received it. The consultants all seem confused when I call in and the live chat is no help.I need my money deposited into my account TODAY!!The reference is 75783.This is unacceptable and I need my money.You've got all supporting documents so there's no need to prolong this process!!
