Waiting for 3 days for money

I app**** for a loan and was approved on monday the 14th, I have been waiting ever since for the cash even though I was promised a payout within 2 hours.. above that, their interest is calculated on number of day of a loan, which means I will be paying for extra days in which I did not have the money!!
