very very poor service

the experience that had with getbucks this pass week is very BAD.i subimitted an apllication last week wednesday,they sent my a massage to say my docs are be processed.i tried calling several times and ended up on hold,from caller number 20 to calle number 1 where they put me on hold...i am very disapointed.i spend more the R150 worhs of airtime just holding on,seriously they service has gone from 10 to 0 really.today i called again from the mornimg and still no one has called me back!!i wont advice anyone to use them.
