VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I am very disappointed in their service.

I app**** for a loan and same was approved. According to the website and message received the loan will be paid within an hour after it was approved. My loan has still not been approved and I don't get sufficient feedback. They just say there is a technical issue with their payment system and they have back log but they don't even try to give me more clarity. They don't even try to give me an estimation as to when I can expect payment. AND WHAT ABOUT INTEREST??? I haven't even received the money yet.

I am really very disappointed as I needed the money very urgently and by today. There is a reason why customers apply for loans and it usually urgent. If there is a problem they should let people know immediately after app****.
