Very bad service nifty

Not sure why nifty staff treat me like a ******** when applying for a loan. They give me a absolutely hard time when applying for loan, compared to African bank, Nedbank , where my application is much easier. On the site they claim that application process is easy and the staff are very helpful and friendly,Wich is far from the truth. Nifty is one of the only financial institution that scrunitise your bank statement before considering you for a loan . They requested proof of income I provided, they requested statement I provided not sure why they need to date statements.plus with Debi check the loan will be repaid every month. Very poor service from nifty , with no communication from the staff
