Very Bad Service

It took almost 2 days to get the loan approved. Every time I asked for an update, they asked me to send my bank statements - I must have done this 4 times. My first debit went off early - I now sit with a returned 'unsuccessful' debit on my account. Now my second debit for December - they just assume that I am getting paid on the 11th December. They have just loaded a debit order for my account for the 11th. No one bothered to even phone me to find out when my money was being paid in December they just assume that I am closing early and will get paid early. I did change the date with their customer service team but I can guarantee you that they will still try take the money off on the 11th or before the date I have given them!
